Can I Help?

I am a Registered Psychologist who has been providing compassionate and professional therapy and counselling for over twelve years. I have a warm and practical approach and bring a depth of knowledge and breadth of experience to my work. If you are struggling with relationship or interpersonal difficulties, trauma, depression, grief or loss, low self-esteem, or unhealthy family of origin dynamics, or if you would like support with personal growth and life transitions, I may be able to help you.

As a volunteer with Pacific Assistance Dogs, I often am able to offer the services of a service dog-in-training, such as the lovely Poppy pictured above.

My areas of special interest include:

  • Couples counselling
  • Interpersonal difficulties
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Trauma
  • Complex family of origin issues
  • Grief and Bereavement
  • Life Transitions and Personal Growth
  • Low self-esteem
  • Support for families with Eating Disorders

The type of therapy I offer is based on the needs of my clients and may include:
