The world can feel like a pretty overwhelming place for children and teens dealing with mental health difficulties. For caregivers, it can be so hard to see your child or teen struggle. I support children and teens dealing with depression, stress, and anxiety in its many forms, including social anxiety, phobias, everyday worries, selective mutism, as well as obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). I believe strongly in the therapeutic power of the parent-child relationship, and include caregivers in the process when possible. I have a warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative style.
I am also passionate about providing psychoeducational assessments that are comprehensive, clear, and relevant to the client, their family, and their school.
